How to offset a circular face

In the drawing attached i want to narrow the hole, make it smaller by 4 in the radius.

I want to offset the inner circular face by 4 mm.

Hi,

if you plan to edit the part after doing some boolean modifications you should turn on SOLIDHIST, that gives you a more simple option to change the radius for the inner (subtracted) cylinder also later in your process.

For that case now you can select the inner ring-face (using <CTRL> for sub-selection) and run command _SCALE.
