What type of data are you looking for on a "cadastral plan"- property boundaries, aerial photos??

What location?

You’ll need to hire a surveyor to give you a survey AutoCAD file

If you are looking for something like the picture below, this is what surveyors refer to as a "cadastral plan", locally referred to as a "loan survey" due to the fact that this type of survey is usually required when securing a bank loan.  The picture below is a survey that I did almost 40 years ago.  Don't think you will find one of your project for free.

Where are you located?  If you are in the USA see if your local government has a GIS (geographic information system).  Do you have a deed for the property, and if so, does it contain a metes and bounds description, might contain lines that read something like N 25-45-30 E, 234.56' to a stake.  If so the outline of the property can be drawn from the description, but that will not locate any structures.  If you post the deed description I can give you an AutoCAD drawing of the property boundaries.

Hi @boisvilliers_hugo

The cadastral plan you want depends on the city (municipality) that collects the property taxes. In the US, this varies according to the County where the property is located. Each State within the US has many, many, many counties so you'll need to look up the county where your specific property is located. Each individual County establishes and collects property taxes which are then allocated for various services including schools, police and fire departments, sewer service, road maintenance, etc., etc.

If your property is in another country, then you'll need to look up the municipality that's collects the property taxes. How the taxes are allocated will depend on the local government.

If you want to find cadastral linework for property ownership you should start with the local governing entity that collects the property taxes. Many localities have online maps that are accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Since the Forum doesn't know your site's location, the exact website you need cannot be offered.

To be clear, there' no universal method to download cadastral linework usable in AutoCAD. It varies from location to location. In fact, some municipalities are not digital and that means you'll need to visit the local taxation office in person to acquire a hardcopy. A printing fee may, or may not, be required.
