How to make the z axis 0?

I have a AutoCAD file with the plant model. I am trying to flatten it but the flatten command is not the job so I have manually displace each object to zero. Please let me know if any simpler way is there is to make the elevation zero.

Try the good old fashion CHANGE Prop Elev 0 and select All objects
