Hi,

i think that your attached image has a 3d effect texture , you may need to do it as a 3d model then take a flatshot to this 3d object .

Thank you for your reply. I agree, but I want that in a 2D. Also, let's say I make the 3D image, how do I make that geometry, do you have any idea?

This looks like something for which AutoCAD is not at all the appropriate software.  I suggest you look for a way to do it more easily in some other program, and from there, put it into some form that you can import into AutoCAD, whether by raster-to-vector conversion, via PDF somehow, or probably other possibilities.

You can use SUPERHATCH command (go to Express tools Tab=>Draw Panel=>Super Hatch Icon). For the hatch itself, you can select to use an image or a block (or a few other options). You can use an image of a sponge or you can create a sponge pattern using circles, arcs and lines. Once your pattern is drawn you must turn it into a BLOCK. Your block will be the actual hatch that you can scale, rotate and apply to an enclosed area , just like regular hatch. To see how it works, watch this >>VIDEO<<.
