Hi @eadamson79P6B
This sounds like a Windows Display Settings problem, not an AutoCAD issue.
Go to your Desktop=>Right click a 'Blank' area=>Display Settings
I have three monitors, so I see this.
<<Monitor #2 is on the left, monitor #1 is on the right, and monitor #3 is in the middle.>>

If I like, I can change my mind and rearrange my Samsung monitor (Monitor #2) by moving it from the left to the middle.
Then, in Windows Display Settings I'll drag monitor #2 and drop it between #3 and #1. The drag-and-drop will make the Windows Display Settings consistent with the actual arrangement on my desk.

In the end, the Display Settings shows Mon #3 has been moved to the far left and Mon #2 is now in the middle.

The new Display Settings allows my mouse to have new 'extents' which means it'll move to the far left edge of Monitor #3, but no further, and to the far right edge of Monitor #1, but no further. It's important to rearrange the monitors in Display Settings, otherwise the cursor will be whacky.
