How to insert blocks with attributes and "DDATTE" dialog appear automatically?

I have standard company title blocks made with attributes on a tool palette. My question is, is it possible when I insert the title block into a drawing from the tool palette that the "DDATTE' dialog box appears automatically so that I can edit the attributes quickly and not forget to.

I swear I had it set up like this a while back, but can't remember how to now.

Has your ATTDIA and/or ATTREQ System Variable value been changed?

Maybe so, I would think the right answer would be as follows based on what I desire;

ATTDIA=1

ATTREQ=1

Your thoughts?

I would think so, too, but surely you can test that pretty quickly.

I did but I am not getting the same results that I use to :(.

My title blocks are made in such a manner that they have two levels to them. All the attributes info, such as drawing title and scale is on the lowest level that is a block, titled "user input" then the next level up is all of the title block itself with line work that the user can alter.  Let me attach an example and you can see what I have.

Previously on an earlier version of AutoCAD I was able to insert what I am attaching on to the tool palette, and then adjust the option on the tool palette to explode upon insertion. Once that I did insert the block from the tool palette the "DDATTE" dialog box would appear automatically. I can not for the life of me get it to work in this manner now.

I have removed some stuff due to company requirements.

Your attributes are in a block, INSIDE your outer block: ATTREQ does not reach down two or more levels of blocks to get to attributes.

Explode the deeper block and purge, your titleblock will now behave list normal again.

Hey! sorry to keep bothering you, I have tool palette set so that it explodes 1 time upon insertion of the block. Any other thoughts to get Autocad to display that "DDATTE" dialog upon insertion? Also thank you for your help so far and all the times in the past you have helped me too!

That's not enough I suspect, ATTREQ needs would have passed by then: if I explode your block then INSERT it there are no issues, it works as you desire.

Why do you bury your file so deep in a container called the same name? That's a recipe for disaster.
