study the dimensions.  They all are measured from the intersecting vertical and horizontal lines in the center just above the R25.  Offset guidelines from those two lines and then put in the curves.

The frame appears symetrical left and right of center so only one side needs to be drawn, the other side is a mirror of the first.

Try laying out some guide lines and post a drawing as progress is made for details that you need help with.

I just feel i have tried that, with no luck. I just get more confused as to how i should start. I cent really begin to make a mental woulkthrough list of the drawing. Also do you know why it just says (R) on the right 'sunglas' as a radius indication? Not to ask of you but could you go more in depth of how you would do it? I'am getting more and more frustrated..

It might help to attach the image to your drawing.  I would guess that it's not PDF but even if it not you can scale it up to make it easy to see and trace all the broken dimensions to the center points which at least might make things less confusing...

Take a deep breath and be OK being frustrated...exercises like this are designed to be frustrating...the "R" on the right, I assume, is an intentional mistake (omission) that can be overcome by using information that is in the drawing...start by drawing the parts (circles) that you can with the information that is there and then you should have what you need to fill in the blanks...

The best way is using CIRCLE command and TTR (Tan, Tan, Radius) to make the frame.

@Patchy you have a slight error in your construction.  The center of the R26 arc is given and therefore you should not use Tangent-Tangent-Radius to construct it.

Your drawing has the following:

leeminardi_0-1727964113647.png

The 9.33 dimension shoud be 5.5.

Create a circle of radius 14.4 (26.0 - 11.6) at the center of the DIA 23.2 circle. Then a horizontal line 5.5 above the center of the DIA 30 circle.   The intersection of this circle and line is the center of the R26 arc.

Now use circle TTR for the R23 arc.

Final shape.
