How to hide this input bar from command line?

Interesting issue! 

• Try to close and restore (CTRL+9) the Command line or the CUI (see image).

         

• Try Docking the Command window.
• Try switching Workspace.
• Try Resetting AutoCAD to default

I think the suggestion put forthe by @Valentin_CAD should work fine.

Should it persist, you can always Reset to Default as follows:-

Start menu> All programs> Autodesk> AutoCAD (your version)> Reset to Default

You'll only lose your custom settings and you plot sytles but you can always customize onece more.
