How to do a cutline

I have a wall that continues but I don't want to show the complete wall so I would like to use cutline but don't know how to. Can some help !

You can use the "breakline" command.  The size of the breakline is control by the dimscale factor.

Hi,

 

not sure to understand the question correctly. You have  long wall which does not fit to a plot-format, so you want to plot the start of the wall and the end of the wall, but not the complete length on the plot .... if so, then create two viewports, each showing one end of the wall.

 

If I'm wrong, then please describe your question a bit more detailed, maybe with a drawing that shows your situation.

I made a quick video to show Alfred's great suggestion. To take it further, you could use the breakline as described by @Anonymous to show that it is broken.
