How to disable the "Xref Compare"?

How to turn off the "Xref Compare" for good?  (i.e., so it would not appear unexpectedly).

When the bubble notification pops up uncheck the Compare the changes button.

Change the system variable XCOMPAREENABLE to off if you never want to be prompted to compare xrefs.
