How to disable PDF Export function in AutoCAD?

Hi guys.

I want to know if there any ways that i can prevent my user from using PDF Export function in AutoCAD? Any setting to disbale it?

You can UNDEFINE the normal command (if you talking about command exportpdf ONLY),

but good user know that they can use .exportpdf as well and how to redefine the command as well.)

Did you mean "all ways to generate PDF", thats is more complicated and sounds really stupid.

Training.

Tell them they will be sacked if they do it again.

Anything you can do they can undo: perhaps you need better training (with penalties from the bosses for violations) or more draconian PC monitoring buyout I.T. with consequences?

Or maybe just pay them more so they quit stealing your office work and shipping it to competitors?

You might as well disable the SAVE, SAVEAS, EXPORT, COPY+PASTE and the USB ports on the PC, because they're going to find a way to 'steal' the file anyway, if that's what you're trying to do.

Just don't give them AutoCAD at the end of the day and use pen and paper.
