How to dimension an ELLIPSE segment like

Angle, Radius & Length etc.

Hi,

What a deep question. this question need a lecture not a post to answer it.  

anyway... to get start this and using all AutoCAD features and commands to make this job easy there is some preparation that you have to make it before:

- Use proper Osnap.

- changing Pellipse system variable to 1. ( this inforce autocad to draw ellipse as a Polyline.

- Now you can get center points from the poly ellipse shape.

Radius? 😉

An ellipse object does not have "one" radius it can show (except of the special case of parameters making the ellipse equal to a circle).
