Edit/create your block,

create an Attributdefinition, command: ATTDEF (property "constant"=NO)

save your blockdefinition

create a blockreference and this will have an attached attribute, based on your attdef (with is a template for attributs)

Yes, of course, when you click on any element of a block, the entire block is selected. This is fine. Next, look in the properties panel - all non-constant attributes will appear there and you can edit the attribute value there.

Also try double clicking on the block and try use a context menu. Choose which method is more convenient for you.
By the way, there is a plugin that allows you to create invisible attributes directly in the properties palette, without entering the block editor.

@AVCPlugins

I want when I double click on the block to go to attribute no into the block!

This is standard AutoCAD behavior - double-clicking on a block opens the attribute editor (unless, of course, there are already attributes in the block).

No dear @AVCPlugins

I want it when I double-click on an attribute that doesn't enter into a block! I can change the text of the attribute without entering into block

Attributes in model space are meaningless because they can easily be replaced by simple text or drawing properties. The attribute is needed specifically inside the block to store all kinds of auxiliary information about the product or part that the block represents. You must first add all the necessary attributes to the block in the block editor, and then insert links to the block and edit the attributes as needed without going into the block editor.

And inside the block editor you will see all the attributes, even invisible ones. And you can select one or more attributes and configure all their properties in the properties panel. There you can configure both the Tag and the Default Value, as well as important options such as Visible, Constant.

I solved it.

I must have to select each one separately!

You could also press the Ctrl on the keyboard and then double click on the Attribute to edit without going into the dialogue
