How to change the Ribbon Panel: Name Display appearance

The Ribbon Panel Display Name text is getting cut off at the bottom. Please see attached photos for clarification.

How do I change the height of the Ribbon Panel name display area? Or how do I change the height of the text?

I believe this might be a windows setting, but I cannot find it.

What display setting is your monitor at please? Looks like you opted into some sort of scaling option s opposed to a default settings.
Is that a laptop screen too?

That's what it was. Mine was set at 120% and I changed it to 100%. Now the text looks as it should.
