How to change background color in plotter

I want to plot some designs , it has some colors that work in dark backgrounds but when i plot it to pdf it looks horrible cause the colors has no contrast , can i export it in a dark background?

Another option would be to select colors that work with a white background, this will avoid using large quantity of ink:
