unable to get a smooth .stl

What program are you opening those STL in?
What program created the STL files in the first place?

The Autocad 2024 3D Modeling created the 3D Model n STLOUT for .stl file

Stl viwed in MeshLab2022.02-windows & MiniMagics_setup_23.5.0.18_x64 

The stl is not smooth
