How do I turn objects into a block reference?

I have made a lot of equal and similar objects and wanted to make a block defenition from one and classify the ones that are the same as block references. I haven't found a way as yet to avoid removing my previous objects and replacing them, I'd like to know if there's a shortcut since time is money. 

Moreover, if the aforementioned inquiry is then solved. How about the similar objects that differ in solely one element? Can I somehow define the block as a dynamic block and include them?

If needed, I can provide images to get more personalised answers.  Although I'd like to know it for a general case.

No such built-in command.

You can try posting some dwg with samples so we can take a look and suggest some efficient workflow...

Do a Search for BLOCKIFY.

It seems like a lisp that does exactly what I was looking for, I'll give it a try.
