I know it's connected with circles probably in picture below, but I don't get which ones exactly. I always get lost in little details.

You can easily see which one is bigger than the other ones

and you have 3 "Circles"

1. One with diam10, one with diam15 and one with diam 20

 

What do you mean is bigger than dima 15 = dima20

What do you mean is smaller then dima 15 = diam 10

looks like you only drew this in 2D. You should draw it in 3D using solids. Then you can in Layout create vports with one being a 3d View:

Oh, I am supposed to do it like that in auto cad just draw and later make it in inventor like 3d model.

Easier to now draw in Inventor and bring the 3d view back into AutoCAD
