How can I start using this option having an AutoCAD 2024 Student version?

Autocad MEP is a separate download/install that you get from your Autodesk Account:

manage.autodesk.com

It says MEP toolset is included, but I can't find the way to start using it!

this has been answered

its a separate download/install its not part of the Autocad installation

its not an add in or built into Autocad

you have to go into your Autodesk Account & download/install Autocad MEP
