To print to Adobe PDF:

  1. Open your document in Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
  2. Click "File."
  3. Look for "Adobe PDF" or a similar option in the printer list.
  4. Configure settings.
  5. Click "Print" and choose a location to save the PDF.

@ivanclaramartinez You will have to add it yourself. Follow these exact instructions but Select Adobe at the plotter model page. All other steps should be as instructed in the video.

Any reason why you don’t want to use the built in pdf printers like DWG To PDF?

Hello @ivanclaramartinez

Your local printers might be hidden.

Go to OPTIONS=>Plot and Publish Tab=>Hide system pritners=>Remove check mark=>Apply=>OK

because there is a friend that has the option to print in Adobe pdf and when he used it the "presentation" change to black and white. I really dont know if the solution is that, but I only want the option that all the colour lines change automatically into black and white when I go to print.

That’s also a configuration in your friends Adobe Acrobat windows printer driver that causes the black and white format. You should be able to create a black and white pdf if you choose monochrome.ctb when plotting in AutoCAD unless you assigned true colors

@ivanclaramartinez

You must have Adobe Acrobat installed in the first place.

The Adobe Acrobat PDF creator is a paid program, it's not the same as the PDF 'Reader' which you freely download from the internet.

Go to Windows Settings=>Apps=>Scroll through the list of installed program.

There are many versions of Adobe and your computer may have multiple versions of it. You must have an Adobe program installed in addition to the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you still cannot see the icon, then try

  • Shutting down and restarting. It might appear after Restart.
  • If you work remotely, connect to your office, e.g. use a VPN so you can SEE your office printers

Do you work in an office? There's no Office Printer shown in your uploaded plot settings. Since most offices have a physical printer, this might indicate you're not connected to your office (or you work entirely from home and you don't have a printer installed).

BTW, the PDF Reader is not the same as the PDF creator. The former is free, the latter isn't.
