Ask the person that created that "macro", or if not an option, you'll need to explain where/how you used to use it and what it did.

If you're referring to command macros (in toolbars, menus, etc.), they are stored in CUI/CUIX files. Use the Transfer tab of the CUI command (Customize User Interface) to copy a macro from one CUI to another.
