hidden lines are not showing

Hello,

The hidden plines (switch lines)  are not showing up on my RCP in paper space.

I have attached the dwg file.

Also, could you give me some ways to tackle this problem.

It seems to always happen and I can't manage to figure it out.

when in modelspace type in the command "PSLTSCALE" and set it to "0".

Did you type in the command in model space? 

Did you regen after going into the RCP layout?
