Help with new PC for AutoCAD LT 2D

Some background...
  • Up to this point Hand-drawn Building Envelope & Interior Lighting design drafter ready to start-up on my own.
  • Will begin using Autodesk AutoCAD LT 2020 subscription.
  • Limited knowledge on pc hardware.
  • Matched best(?) possibilities to AutoCAD system requirements, unsure of/how video card requirements.
  • Will be working with plan views mostly, large DWG files, commercial & residential, design/permit/construction sets.
  • NO rendering or 3D modeling.
  • Working within Arch DWG sets received, very busy sets with lots of information in drawing space.
  • PC will be used for work related stuff only, & I would like to work with dual screens.
  • PC needs to be bought through a brick&mortar like Bestbuy, here's a link of PC's I was shopping around for Bestbuy PC's
  • Tower price range $1000.00-$1500.00 (not including screens, mice, & keyboard bought separately).
Concerns are choppy, slow, stuttering, under performing pc work space.
Based on Autodesk AutoCAD system requirements I have narrowed down some towers based on 16g ram, SSD, & I5/I7(?)cpu. Any further help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Print out these system requirements, take them to your favorite PC store, work with a salesperson to spec out a system you can afford https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Syste...

A 27" monitor (stay away from 4k unless you have 20-20 vision for real without glasses) is a minimum.
