Help to fix error while opening

I would like to fix my Civil 3d 2017 as AutoCAD soon as possible without re-installing the product again.

• While opening a sound can be listen !
• The Mouse pointer cursor hair not appears ! I need to click on the screen.
• This happens when I was learning & practicing with Customize User Interface.

make sure from your Autodesk Desktop App that you have the latest updates also try to reset AutoCAD to default settings . >> Click <<
