HELP: something covers my interface

Hello, 

I have this ongoing problem with autocad- I don't know what- but something covers my drawing window- it drives me crazy. It happens every time i open the software and with every project. Please help!

if you Disable hardware acceleration from GRAPHICSCONFIG command , any changes ?
