Got a strange one, we have a new cad technician that started with us a few days ago and while hes using Cad the help box (?) keeps popping up. it doesnt seem to be a specific set of keystrokes that are causing it to open but its happening very frequently and if he tries to ignore it, there seems to be build up of multiple boxes open that will eventually slow down his AutoCad. It's a new machine and new install of AutoCad 2023. i cant seem to find anything like this online suggesting fixes for this kind of issue. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Hi,
>>"Cad the help box (?) keeps popping up"
This [F1] box for 2023? ([F1], near to [ESC])
>>"if he tries to ignore it, there seems to be build up of multiple boxes open"
Please: Share a Screenshot of the whole Desktop/monitors, so we can see what you see, incl . multiple boxes.

Verify the System Requirements and that AutoCAD Updates are installed.
Or any of the suggestions in this link:

RESET or remove the reinstall 2023, avoid installing any add-ins or custom startups or startup LISP (yours and more importantly, theirs), see if that resolves the issue.
Also ensure you installed the 2023.1.5 Update too: ABOUT command in your AutoCAD will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart that PC afterwards.
thanks for the replies guys , apparently he altered something in his registry and has stopped it from happening now.
