help for mail file

Hello,
I opened and changed the .dwg file without saving it to the computer, then asked me to save it when closing it, and I did save it, but I can't find the .dwg file because I opened it from the mail. Where can I find if it was saved in a different format and if it was saved? AutoCAD saved the drawing, but I don't know in what format and where. I am using the 2013 autocad version. I want you to help me very much.

Shouldn't it be in your recent documents list if you hit the large A in the upper left corner of the cad window
