Help - DWG to PDF Fading Issue

Hello! Every time I turn this file into a PDF, the lines and text come out faded and the background image is not faded at all. I've tried several different pen settings and changed everything I can think of. I've attached the DWG and one of the PDFs (the one from the OVERALL layout). If anyone has some insight that would help a lot!

Color 254 (the gray) is a 'shaded faded' off-white low-ink color: change your text or layer color to #8 if you still want gray but as a full splash color instead.

Stay away from colors 250 through 255 if yu don't want faded output, that's what they are there for.

Oh wow! Thank you! Okay. Now only the red is not showing up properly, I've increased the lineweight just like I did with the blue outlines but it's not showing up any thicker or non-faded.

check your plot style table settings for that pen number and compare it to your "blue".

It matches and I've tried changing it to other colors such as green or magenta and it gives me the same issue. I'll try redrawing the line, but at least that is a huge step in the right direction. Thank you very much!
