Having Trouble Loading Autocad 2007

I purchased Autocad in 2007 and have been using it since that time.  I have used it when my computers crashed with no problem.  At this time my autocad disc 1 will not load on computer and I need to know the process to download new discs.  I have all of my original purchase information.  Need advice.

Hi,

we're now in AutoCAD 2020 ... i think it's the time to renew your CAD version ( Recommended ) , believe me it's worth . 🙂

Your license may be at the end of it's lifespan. That version is no longer supported by Autodesk so they might not help you. Contact your re-seller if you have one. If not try logging into accounts.autodesk.com if you set up an account back then. From there you can download files, etc. At this point you might be out of luck.

What version of Windows are you trying to install it on?

I have upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows XP but would still like to keep my older software functioning to use as a backup when my computer goes down.  Also I am more familiar with Autocad 2007 with Carlson 2012  Civil Suite.  Just recently bought Carlson Survey 2019 with embedded Autocad   Want to have both running but right now the Windows XP machine is in the computer shop.  Thank you for your help.

You are likely out of luck trying to run such an old program on a new operating system. Autodesk does not support AutoCAD 2007 on Windows 10.

Here is a link to a site though that might help you out.

But you won't get much help from Autodesk. They can't support old software forever. Sorry.

Longbow has been used throughout out the years for this.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
