Hatch Transparency not plotting on PDF

And before you ask, yes the box to plot transparency is checked in the page setup. So I'm running 2019 student version and I'm plotting a floorplan for a building and I hatch various rooms to indicate the type of live load. I need them to be transparent so I can read the information behind them when I plot. I plot all the layouts and all the hatch transparency works for all the floors except the first. I triple checked the page setup for all layouts and I have checked the box to plot transparency. The hatches are a variety of colors, but they are all on the same layer. I have no idea why it's doing this. I'll attach a .dwg where I deleted everything except the first two floors, that way there isn't a bunch of extra info. The first-floor hatching isn't transparent when I plot, but the second one is. I want them to both be transparent. I'll attach the PDF as well.

i did not notice your issue in your previous attached CAD file ? ( see below attached file )

you may need to try to delete that layout and try a new one .

Your PDF plots fine on my system, so not a defect inside your dwg-file.

What I don't see:

• which driver you used to plot to PDF ... I used the "AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3", maybe you can test this setting to
• which version/update of AutoCAD you have installed, please make sure your have the latest update installed which is 2019.1.2 (can be verified inside command _ABOUT).
