Hatch pattern help

I found a custom hatch pattern on the forum that is similar to what I need, but it just needs a tweak. The pattern as is is for a 24 x 12 tile with a 1/3 offset running bond, and it works fine. But I need it to be 24 1/8" x 12 1/8"  with an 8 1/16" offset to accommodate the joints. No matter what I try, I cannot seem to get it to work.

This is the original:

*TILE_12x24, 1/3 running bond
0, 0, 0, 0, 12
90, 0, 0, 12, 8, 12, -24

Can someone tell me how to make this into 12 1/8 x 24 1/8?

That would really be an 8-1/24 offset....  But are you sure the tiles are true 24x12 actual size?  Most things that are to be used with grout/mortar joint width are at nominal sizes, and the actual size is less by the joint width [what are called 8" bricks are really 7-5/8" for a 3/8" mortar joint].

Also, is it your intent that the width of the joints should show in double-line fashion [which will take much than just a "tweak" of the original pattern], or just single-line but reflecting the center-to-center-of-joint size?

Yes, the net tile is 12" x 24", so I need the extra 1/8" for the module

For single-line, try this:

*TILE_12x24, 1/3 running bond, single-line as if with 1/8 joints
0, 0, 0, 0, 12.125
90, 0, 0, 12.125, 8.04166666, 12.125, -24.25

Make sure the file ends with an empty line.

[And by the way, don't use the "Reply to the topic..." slot at the bottom, because things entered there always show as in Reply to Message 1, that is, to yourself in this case.  Use the "REPLY" button toward the lower right in the specific Message you're Replying to, so we can all tell to whom you are Replying.]

ALSO:  I didn't use it for the above, but the RBHPG command [= Running Bond Hatch Pattern Generator] defined in RunningBondHPG.lsp >here< can build that for you.  You would give it the joint-included sizes 24.125 & 12.125 and 1/3 stagger.

That worked. Thanks!
