May I know what should be best Machine to RUN AutoCAD 2022 ? 

Currently We are facing the Problem with 12GB RAM + 2GB Graphics Card on Corei7 4790 while operating AutoCAD.

Drawing receive from Clients in PDF format and then We insert into AutoCAD 2020. Some key plans in the drawings are inserted as a block and when we click to update. Machine gets hang. Only way We found by exploding the drawing and deleting the key plans from drawing.

By making separate files for KEY plan , Size get Increases to more than 40MB.. By purging with Utilities , it reduces to 26MB.

I would like to know that Best Machine Specs to further Upgrade. Later these machines will be used for 3D working also.

It would always be the best you can afford.

the fastest CPU at single code, say Ryzen 5900x

RAM min 32GB RAM,

GPU powerful enough, say Quadro P2200, if you get it.

@ABN104508 There is no magic bullet, your file's content and workflows are usually the problem (40MB files?) for most users.

But you do have a low-end PC as listed in your post, and you cannot go wrong using the posted system requirements I highlighted below as MINIMUM and going well beyond as much as you can afford
