"cad" means nothing to us: what does ABOUT command say you are using?
What is your OS?
Is this a new problem, or a new installation?

CAD means Autocad.

Any command as in Copy, Paste, Move etc...

OS is latest, windows 10

I am using it for past 1 and half years, It never happened like this.

It started hanging

2020 requires the 2020.1.3 update: get it installed. See if that helps: but first, empty your Windows log-in Temp folder like this https://www.webnots.com/how-to-view-and-cleanup-temporary-files-in-windows-10/

Next, find out what got installed (or removed, or updated or plugged in) on your PC about the time it broke: it may be important. Then explain if anything else changed, like are you just now starting to use an online file storage service, or VPN into the office or something else that is different from the 1.5year experience.

In the meantime, after you install the update and restart your computer, turn off hardware acceleration in GRAPHICSCONFIG command and see if that helps.

TIA

Hi,

Type in the command "3DCONFIG" and try to turn it "ON" and see if the problem goes away.
