Grid not displayed on whole drawing

Hi, it feels that I'm chasing my tail a bit with this issue.  The grid is set to Display Grid beyond Limits but I only get what is shown in the image.  The UCS is set at 0,0.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.  I started this new one since the issue with UCS wasn't so much part of it anymore.

But the answers are now focused on your issue having nothing to do with UCS, stick to it over there, once you start duplicating posts around here folks start to ignore them and you.
