Green symbol appearing after exporting to PDF

Hi, recently I encountered an issue that I have no idea how to solve. After exporting a page from AutoCad 2019 LT a green symbol is appearing. This happens on few different machines with different versions of AutoCad installed (2017, 2018). I tried reinstalling DWG to PDF and so on but no results so far. This symbol only appears after print, on preview nothing is visible in this place. Also there is nothing like this symbol in project on any of the layers. Could anybody help me at least recognize what is that symbol and what can be the origin of it?

Hi,

can you please upload the dwg-file + the pdf-file (and referenced files, is used) so we can take a look into the drawing?

Changing to any other printer doesn't help, tried with PDFcreator, bullzip, Windows PDF printer, XPS and so on. I'll try to provide a file that causes this issue.

BEDIT command, crack open your door block, use ERASE command with a Window selection to window that area and see what disappears.

Or post your DWG file here for all of us to look at your file.

Without your DWG(and PDF) i guess you have a dynamic block and this is a tiny scaled item.
Is it possible? Check for green item in this area.

If you upload the files we can look too.

Problem solved, there was one layer with that mark that was somehow chosen to be included in PDF print. After deactivating it the mark disappeared. Thanks for your help!
