Graphics Card compatibility for Auto CAD 2018

I have a client in retraining for whom I purchased a Lenovo Laptop with Windows Pro 7, 4 GB and Onboard HD Graphics 520 who is reporting problems when he downloaded Auto Cad 2018.  Short of purchasing a new computer for which there are no funds in his training plan, can you offer us a fix?

Have them turn off hardware acceleration in GRAPHICSCONFIG. This should help.
