Graphics acceleration problem

Hi, All,

I often have this issue when I stopped working for a few seconds.

I am using AutoCAD 2020 (same issue with 2019) with a NVidia GTX 1050i Graphics card, Windows 10, DELL G5 5587.

Once I turned  graphics acceleration off, the problem disappear. However, It´s not a solution. I have attached the log. Anyone knows what's happening and how to fix it ?

PD: Drivers and system are up to date.

If turning off graphics acceleration solve the problem, your only option if you want to turn it back on is to find a video card driver that works with your setup. "up to date" means nothing here, the program doesn't work with that.

It could be a much older driver is best, perhaps a newer one from another source is better, could be the Autodesk option here is better https://knowledge.autodesk.com/certified-graphics-hardware
