How can i install Google earth plug in on autocad 2016?

Google Earth plug-ins for AutoCAD died many versions back (license revoked by Google) and none exist anymore. None.

AutoCAD 2016, with subscription, gives you access to Bing Maps: explore the topic in HELP.
