Glitchy slow Cursor

Hello,

I was working on a drawing and accidently pressed shift+drag to move my cursor. This is because I was also using sketch up and thats how you pan, I forgot in autocad to not hold shift.

My vision went all scewed, I then pressed the TOP of the cube to straighten up but my cursor has gone all slow and glitchy...... How can I fix this? I noticed I alos can't change my scale I'm working in.

Can you check and  Turn OFF Perspective Mode

Command: PERSPECTIVE to 0
