Georeferenced TIFF

I am using AutoCAD 2010. I have a bunch of .tiff files that are all georeferenced. In the same folder as the .tiff files are the .tfw files. How can I bring in the tiff files and have them georeferenced to the proper location? I have looked online and people say try the MAPIINSERT command. The MAPIINSERT command doesn't work. What can I do?

The MAPIINSERT command is only available in AutoCAD Map or Civil3D, not plain AutoCAD.

If you were to consider third party software, take a look at MapWorks Base.  It will let you select all the TIFF files in your folder and reads the TFW information to correctly place the images in your drawing.
