Hi All: I've been on here a bit now and have learned some things and had a lot of fun. So here's something that bugs me a bit, I'm sure someone can explain and help?
When you hover over polyline vertices you get the popup about 'Stretch'/Convert to Arc', etc. Why is it that sometimes nothing pops up? A colleague told me it's because there are 'stacked' vertices there. You know when you revise and add vertices, stretch things around, invariably some get stacked because no one I know will actually remove the unneccesary ones except me. Anyway, is that the cause of the above behavior? And is there a way to get rid of those things? I think I remember a long time ago I used to edit polylines from the command line and hit 'Next' a lot, then 'Insert' sometimes. But now that seems old fashioned. And I've never delved any more deeply into it, shame on me...until now!
