GAP resets OSNAP

I'm having an issue where GAP resets OSNAP each time I use it. It's difficult for me to use GAP at all when OSNAP is turned off.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Gap. As in the gap command that removes a section of a line in a diameter around the area you specify.

What variant of AutoCAD are you using? There is no GAP command in plain AutoCAD where you are posting.

But I suspect much like the old DLINE command from back i the day running Osnaps are turned off because they interfere with the function of the command.

Learn to create then use temp override key combos for osnaps if typing them becomes annoying: you can even customize them in CUI command for more than one running at a time if needed.

Ah, that explains it. My version of AutoCAD has a preset configuration. It's likely that GAP is a custom command. Maybe I'll just have to inspect what the contents of that command are. That'll help me troubleshoot.

Thanks for the help!
