function key not working in autocad 2016

am using autocad 2016 in windows 10 when try  to turn on ortho mode by using f8 key its not coming , instead of that volume up is coming please solve this issue not only for f8 all function key not working. please check screen shot on left side when I try to turn on my ortho volume icon came.

What you use laptop or desktop also its model? Are your hardware updated to W10 drivers ?

You probably have to keep pressing a FONCTION key to get F8 working, this depends on each laptop keyboard layout.

You have a "fn" key probably next to your Windows Icon or ctrl button on the keyboard.

Your keyboard top row uses function buttons and multimedia.

You have to hold down the fn button, then the F8 to toggle ortho.

My problem is that I want it reversed. Without a fn lock on the escape button, it aint happenin'!

Some have it, some don't.
