From 14 July 2022(JST), some of our user can't boot AutoCAD with messsage that license Erorr occurred.
License Servers(FlexNet 11.16 ) Logging..
"(adskflex) Request denied: Client (11.18) newer than Vendor Daemon (11.16). (Version of vendor daemon is too old. (-83,21049))"
In users PC , flexNet module seem installed dual stack that(x86/11.16) and (x64/11.18).
Both of FlexNet Licensing Widows Services Started up.
Is Client FlexNet updated automatically without any human operation?
Is it only way to solve this problem that update Licese server to 11.18?
