FLATSHOT NOT GENERATE ANY GEOMETRY EVEN THOUGH OBJECTS ARE 3D SOLIDS

You have this block that's inserted 2x that have a Scale Z that does NOT match with Scale X & Scale Y.
Once I changed Scale Z to 1.000, then FLATSHOT worked.
