Filename and PDF saving.

Hi, 

How can I  make, if i have a dwg with a name like  ABC01.0, that  ".0" to change to layout name for ex. ABC01.1 where 1 after "." is layout name.

Another question is , how can i make every time I export to PDF, that the PDF filename to be a certain field from my layout.
