File shared through email not opening

A file shared with me will not open. When I try to open it, it sends me to AutoCAD on Google Chrome and a loading circle stays on the screen.

Do you have AutoCAD installed on your computer or are you trying to view the drawing in the cloud?

Can you try copying the link and pasting it in a different browser?
