File keep Buffering and doesn't open

Hi,

We are using AutoCAD 2016 and last couple of days it doesn't allow me to open file.

It keeps buffering up till 68% and hold sup there.

The following I have used so far:

• Deleted .dwl files
• Created new file but when I close and try to open again does it same
• Used .bak file but still does the same

Any help please.

HI,

Does this happened only at a certain CAD file? if Yes,I suggest to use RECOVERALL command on the file that won't open.

Hi,

start a new drawing, create a line and save this drawing on your local drive into a folder where you have really all permissions.

Then close the file and reopen it ... same issue?

If yes, turn off antivirus (and other defending software if you have any), try the same steps again, ... same issue?

If yes, run a reset settings to default option (as described >>>here<<<).
