File is not opening in the cad

One of my friend send me this file, due to dwg is not opening in the cad, it's asking to recover the file when I used the recover command file stuck for long time. But is not opening I am attaching the dwg here anybody check what is the issue here.  Please give me your feed back as soon as possible.

does your friend have a back up of the file?

you can also try going through this: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCAD-...

if you don't have a backup or none of these work more than likely that file is gone you will have to recreate it
