Solved: File from Autocad 2018 now in Autocad 2019 has text/font problems.

I was working a file in autocad 2018, and tried to continue it in another pc with autocad 2019.

And now the text has problems. Part of the text disappeared.

I tried with the command AUDIT, PURGE, OVERKILL, and it's still the same.2018 version

2019 version

How can I fix this problem?

Does the other PC have the same fonts installed? Maybe the text behind "(V2)" is created with a different font?

Also please try to turn off hardware acceleration (command _GRAPHICSCONFIG).

When you select the text "(V2)" on your screen, what text does the property window show?

If you can upload the dwg-file, it would be great.

fonts are not stored in the DWG files: you need to go grab your needed fonts from the other PC and install them on this PC with the font issues.
